Heavy Dumbbell Strength Endurance Circuit

Awesome workout lined up for you today!  This is a strength endurance routine that will combine heavy dumbbell movements with no rest between exercises to give you that amazing pump while challenging your cardio.

Equipment: Moderate to Heavy Dumbbells

4 Rounds

no rest between exercises - 2 minute rest at the end of the round

6 reps of each exercise:
