Eye Hand Coordination Challenge

This week's challenge is to work on your eye-hand coordination for 5 minutes a day. You can eithier do it before or after your workout, on your lunch break, or just to break up your routine and get some blood moving. Challenging and practicing drills that improve your eye-hand coordination is a great "natural" way to increase brain function to help focus and concentration and elimante stress and mental fatigue....and I think we all need that since we have been in lockdown for the past few weeks.
